Registration, Key Dates, and Payment Information

Deposit Today: $325.00 USD / Full Tuition: $1,725.00 USD

Deposits are due upon registration. Remaining balances are due 60 days prior to the start of the workshop

Refunds and cancellations

  • + 90 days before the start date: a full refund of any tuition paid minus the initial deposit.

  • Between 89-49 days of the start date: 50% of any any tuition paid minus the initial deposit.

  • 48 days or fewer to the start date: no refunds can be issued. Your registration and deposit can be used towards other workshops within 4 years time. 

  • The BPW’s cancellation and refund policy remains sensitive to the health concerns that affect our community. Paid tuition may be eligible for a full refund or credit if a cancellation was made due to health concerns.

What to expect:

  • Once you click “REGISTER,” you're prompted to fill out our student registration (using “WeTravel” our payment processing partner) with key information for the workshop.

  • After the deposit has been processed you’ll receive an email from our team within 72 hours confirming your spot in the group.

  • Final payments are due 60 days before the start date.

  • Within 7 days you’ll also receive the workshop guide that outlines the trip, hotel and travel info, as well as recommended gear and helpful tips.
